Paul was nominated best Instructor for 3 years running. "Cain Sabum Nim Geh" Mr Cain has achieved Gold Medals throughout the World. His many tournament successes have been in countries such as the United States, Holland, Spain, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Paul won a GOLD medal in the ITF European Championships held in Germany 2006 and to follow on with that success also received a gold at Australasian Championships held in Australia 2006! Mr Cain has also successfully coached Taekwon-Do Teams to achieve medals at the US ISKA OPEN United States (3 World Champions), Spanish Open Madrid and the Irish Open and home Nationals.
